The G2 Media House division is looking for a Sim Racing Social Media Specialist (m/f/d) to work exclusively for the Media House clients. This would be a full-time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU) who will directly report to our Head of Media House.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for community engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., Discord,, X, TikTok,, Instagram,) for external simracing clients

Create engaging social content for simracing audiences, with a strong focus on F1 Esports, including race highlights, driver moments, competitive updates, memes, polls, and interactive formats, while also supporting broader simracing activations and narratives

Plan and execute community activities across simracing ecosystems, including F1 Esports race-weekend engagement, predictions, leaderboard callouts, hotlap challenges, community events, and ongoing activations tied to the wider simracing calendar

Monitor F1 Esports developments alongside general simracing and esports trends, ensuring social and community strategies remain timely, culturally accurate, and relevant to both competitive F1 audiences and the broader simracing community

Collaborate with external clients to understand their objectives, tone of voice, and audience expectations, adapting social and community strategies to support F1 Esports initiatives while maintaining consistent simracing brand relevance

Provide regular performance reports with insights on community growth and engagement metrics, offering actionable recommendations informed by F1 Esports moments and simracing activity cycles

Collaborate with the Media House team to integrate simracing and F1 Esports social strategies into wider content, marketing, and campaign initiatives
Requirements:

2+ years in community management and/or social media management at an advertising agency with focus on services for external clients

Strong understanding of F1 Esports and the official F1 game ecosystem, combined with solid general knowledge of the simracing landscape (e.g., iRacing, Assetto Corsa, ACC, rFactor, Gran Turismo)

Good understanding of community management and social media platforms, including Discord moderation and real-time engagement during live events or race weekends

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to competitive F1 Esports audiences as well as broader simracing communities

Proficiency in using tools for tracking engagement metrics and generating insights

Your English skills are fluent and any other language is a plus

Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs and community engagement demands
