G2 Esports is looking for a Project Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a full time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU) who will directly report to our Head of Digital and Innovation. Your day to day will consist of analyzing, doing extensive research and presenting new projects G2 Esports should invest in. The main goal of this new role will be bringing new initiatives and revenue opportunities to the company.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in building projects, working with insights, and advising key stakeholders on product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Research new initiatives, market trends, bring project suggestions, prepare deep dive analysis of projects and pitch them to key stakeholders.
• Be the main point of contact for our innovation pipeline (project approval process).
• Deliver the project analysis document collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze generated data and present it in an understandable and visual way.
• Support in financial requirements & analysis in new and existing projects.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Analysis position.
• Proven track record of successful improvements to existing projects and new projects launched. 
• Master or Bachelor degree in business, data or related discipline preferred.
• Excellent skills, knowledge and creativity in data analysis.
• Excellent understanding of financial aspects of a company and a project.
• Ability to communicate, inform, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all organizational departments and levels.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Video Games Industry or Esports is a plus. 
• Experience with start-ups/scale-ups is a plus.
