G2 Esports is looking for a Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our content team. This is a full time opportunity based in Berlin who will directly report to our Design Lead. 

Responsibilities:

• Create a wide variety of graphics and design proposals for multiple business verticals,  across G2’s departments
• Collaborate with ideas and feedback to elevate upcoming content and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the the content and overall marketing team to create  assets to support respective projects, from videos overlays to match graphics to memes
• Collaborate with other G2 departments to support in their day to day, from digital to esports to merch to commercial needs 
• Ensure G2 brand consistency across all the design assets
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our visual assets

Requirements:

Must have:

• 2+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the esports, gaming, or entertainment industries (portfolio and/or showreel required)

• Good eye for visual design and understanding of visual elements; layout, type and fonts
• Experience with design software including Adobe Suite (Predominantly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Self-driven with an inquisitive and problem-solving nature
• Proactive and well-organized – you do not wait to be told what to do; you plan ahead and you’re never out of something to do. If you have finished your tasks, you’re looking for inspiration, new trends, new ideas ...
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with 3D
• Experience working as a Graphic and/or Multimedia designer.
• Drawing/Illustration skills
• Motion Design basics
