G2 Esports is now looking for a Producer (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a full time opportunity based in Berlin who will directly report to our Production Lead.

 Responsibilities:

• Work on video projects as the responsible producer and/or director, taking care and supervising pre-, on-set and post-production with an overall positive reaction to the final result
• Arrange, plan and execute productions and media days for existing and new content pieces and formats
• Proactively come up with new and interesting concepts and scripts to keep the outgoing G2 content even better on a consistent basis
• Oversee sourcing staff and services for scriptwriting, direction, cinematography, voice over, equipment, lighting, photography 
• Actively work on set, overseeing production logistics from start to finish, in close collaboration with the rest of the production team
• Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Esports and Partnerships teams to then create production plans, undertake budget negotiations and make recommendations, to ensure all plans, terms and budgets are locked.
• Perform general clerical duties to support Head of Content and Production Lead, directors and other producers, eg. manage scheduling, track billing, put together call sheets etc.
• Travel with our teams to events as a producer and produce content on-site with our videographers

Job requirements

• Proven working experience as a producer (portfolio and/or showreel required)
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Good grasp of pricing for products and services and cost-efficient mindset
• Resourcefulness and problem solving approach
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills. Experience working with international teams is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken verbal communications in English; professional telephone/email etiquette.
• Adept at general administrative tasks such as budgeting, data entry, and word processing.
• Ability to relocate to Berlin, Germany

Nice to have:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience working with an esports community, team, organization or similar
• Passion for esports and gaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, marketing, management or related field.
• Interest in photography / videography
• Written and spoken verbal communications in German
