G2 Media House, better known as 62 ("Six-Two"), is G2's creative agency and production division.
In a world where traditional advertising meets the realm of esports and gaming, we've d like to be as transdesigned 62 to reinvent how brands connect with audiences through creative advertising, content production, media buying, experiential marketing, events, and digital experiences.

As Senior Content & Activations Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of 62's productions across content, campaigns, activations, events, and experiential projects. You'll be responsible for bringing structure, operational excellence, and creative ambition together, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Working closely with clients, creatives, account managers, and external partners, you'll play a key role in shaping how 62 operates as it continues to grow. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both rolling up their sleeves to deliver outstanding work and building the processes, systems, and team that will support the next stage of the agency's evolution. While initially remaining hands-on in project delivery, this role is expected to play a key role in building and scaling 62's Production function over time.
This is a full time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU), cross collaborating with the wider G2 team and 62's production operations, and directly report to our Head of Media House. Submitting an impressive and diverse creative portfolio showcasing your best work is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of 62's productions across content, campaigns, activations, events, and experiential projects

Own project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery quality across multiple concurrent projects

Act as the primary bridge between clients, creatives, producers, freelancers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Develop and maintain scalable production workflows, processes, and project management standards across the media house

Oversee video productions, content shoots, digital campaigns, and branded content initiatives from concept to delivery

Lead the planning and execution of live events, campaign activations, trade show booths, and experiential marketing projects

Manage external suppliers, production partners, venues, fabrication vendors, and freelance talent

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and operational standards

Track project profitability, production costs, and resource utilization in collaboration with commercial and finance teams

Build, mentor, and grow the Production team as 62 continues to expand its capabilities and client portfolio

Identify operational improvements, new technologies, and production opportunities that increase efficiency and creative output

Stay ahead of industry trends across gaming, esports, entertainment, advertising, production, and experiential marketing
Requirements:

Proven experience in a production environment, preferably in the esports or entertainment industry, preferably with at least 2 years in a leadership or similar role

Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, disciplines, budgets, and timelines simultaneously

Strong understanding of content production workflows, including video, social content, branded content, and digital campaigns

Experience planning and delivering live events, brand activations, trade show booths, experiential marketing projects, or similar productions is a strong plus

Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets, scopes of work, timelines, and external vendors

Experience collaborating with creative, strategy, design, marketing, and commercial teams to bring projects from concept to execution

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members, coordinate freelancers, and help build scalable production processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and client-facing

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward

Passion for gaming, esports, sports, entertainment, and internet culture is highly desirable

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a plus
