G2 Esports is looking for a Commercial Strategy Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU) and will directly report to our Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain G2's marketing and partnership inventory, ensuring a clear understanding of available assets, upcoming initiatives, campaign opportunities, partnership commitments, and commercial availability across the organisation

  • Create high-impact presentation decks with clear storytelling, sharp visuals, and total 'wow' factor that help our Business Development team shine

  • Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and Commercial, maintaining visibility across key initiatives, partner commitments, and upcoming opportunities to identify the most effective solutions for both partners and the business

  • Develop strategic recommendations, commercial narratives, and partnership solutions based on partner objectives, audience insights, inventory availability, and G2's marketing roadmap

  • Translate client briefs into actionable partnership concepts, sponsorship opportunities, and integrated campaigns that create value for both partners and G2

  • Support Business Development throughout the pitch process by identifying relevant opportunities, refining proposals, and helping package G2's assets into compelling partner solutions

  • Establish and maintain best practices for commercial storytelling, pitch development, inventory management, and partnership planning

Requirements:

  • Commercial strategist: You can identify opportunities behind a brief and transform them into smart, actionable partnership solutions that create value for both partners and G2

  • Creative mastermind: You are able to read, interpret, and turn briefs into brand led smart & actionable strategies

  • Strategic storyteller: You know how to structure compelling narratives and translate ideas, insights, and opportunities into persuasive presentations and sales materials

  • Organised and detail-oriented: You enjoy bringing structure to complexity, managing information across multiple stakeholders, and maintaining resources that enable teams to work more effectively

  • Strong understanding of esports, gaming culture, audience dynamics, and the sponsorship landscape

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
