The G2 Media House division is now looking for a Gaming Sales Manager (m/f/d) to work exclusively for the G2 Media House. This is a full-time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU) who will directly report to our Head of Media House.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively research and identify gaming prospects

  • Build and manage a CRM to seek out leads and opportunities for the Media House

  • Develop and foster relationships with indie studios, AAA publishers,mobile game companies & other brands as the go-to partner for their advertising needs

  • Collaborate closely with our internal creative, strategy, and social media team to design proposals and campaigns that align with our client objectives

  • Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring all commercial terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals

  • Conduct market research to stay on top of trends in gaming, entertainment, and esports to inform client proposals and strategies

  • Represent the Media House at key gaming industry events, networking and identifying potential business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

  • Mandatory: 4+ years of proven sales experience in gaming, at an agency, start up or publisher, with an existing network within the industry

  • Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working independently and remotely

  • Creative problem-solver with a keen entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for gaming and esports is a plus
