The AI agent will serve G2's global fanbase with instant access to team information, match schedules, player stats, and competitive updates

G2’s mascot, Sami, trained and deployed on Theta EdgeCloud's distributed GPU infrastructure, will provide G2 fans with instant access to team information, match schedules, player rosters, tournament standings, and competitive updates across all of G2's active esports divisions. The agent will be accessible through the G2 website and Discord and available from February 17th.

Elevating Fan Experience at Scale

With the addition of Sami, G2 will be better equipped to serve its massive global fanbase with immediate, accurate responses to fan queries across multiple games and competitive circuits. Rather than waiting for manual responses, fans can query the agent to get immediate answers about everything G2, from player stats and match updates to rosters, achievements, and spicy trivia. The system is trained on G2 lore (and memes), allowing it to provide accurate, up-to-date information on G2's competitive campaigns across multiple esports titles.
