G2 Esports is looking for a Finance Working Student/Intern (m/f/d) to join our admin team. This is a part-time opportunity for six months, based in Berlin or remote (EU) who will directly report to our Head of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Process employee reimbursement checks and manage day-to-day operations in our spend management platform (Spendesk), including card requests and receipt matching

• Assist the finance team with basic accounting tasks, invoice entry, and initial record preparation

• Help prepare and verify payment runs for vendors and service provider

• Handle daily administrative operations, including finance mail/email correspondence, digital document archiving, and paperwork organization

• Serve as a helpful point of contact for routine finance queries from colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a similar related field is preferred

• Driven individual with first experience in accounting is a plus

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Solution oriented and diligent 

• Basic knowledge of German tax law and financial regulations and practices

• Fluency in English and any other language is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills

• Esports/gaming or entertainment industry experience is a plus

• Experience with tools like Spendesk or Odoo is a plus
